Academic medical centers are typically great at advancing medicine and pioneering new surgical procedures, but aren’t very good at telling their story in a way that the average consumer can relate to. For OU Medicine in Oklahoma, there was no shortage of medical firsts to tout. But making them understandable to the average consumer was the challenge. So BVK helped translate. Starting with creating an entirely new language for the hospital, branding them from the inside out. Putting creative messages on windows, walls, elevator doors, water coolers, floor mats, even the garbage cans.
