There’s a tremendous amount of freedom and an entrepreneurial spirit that pervades the place.
What unique perspective or talent or interest or experience do you bring to the agency and how does it add value to your leadership and client work?
I don’t look at the intended audience for our work as a consumer or a target market or a demographic. I look at them as humans. And I try to communicate with them that way.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to any client?
You have a spine. Use it. Stand up for ideas that make yourself and your superiors nervous.
