What role do you play as part of BVK Leadership?
I am the co-media director working to lead the department and trying to help out where I can.
What do you think makes BVK unique as an agency/why do you choose to work at BVK?
The people who work here. All agencies have clients, the main departments of account service, media, creative, and other areas of expertise. But I have stayed here since 1989 because I enjoy the people.
What unique perspective or talent or interest or experience do you bring to the agency and how does it add value to your leadership and client work?
That is a tough one to answer where you do not sound like God’s gift to advertising and is probably better answered by others. But if I have to answer, I would say it is my ability to solve problems.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to any client?
Develop a relationship with the people in your agency and do not treat them as a vendor. They are responsible for spending a lot of your money to help the success of your organization. We do our best work for clients that treat us this way. It is not based on friendship so much as it is mutual respect.
