What role do you play as part of BVK Leadership?
My role might be better described as “leadership support.” As new ideas for the agency are developed and discussed, I concern myself (to the degree that it is needed) with the more technical aspects of operational development and implementation.Â I also spend time investigating new products and services that BVK could add to its current offerings.
What do you think makes BVK unique as an agency/why do you choose to work at BVK?
I have been at BVK for many years and choose to remain here because of the winning combination of talent and camaraderie that my coworkers provide.
What unique perspective or talent or interest or experience do you bring to the agency and how does it add value to your leadership and client work?
My analytical background leads me to seek out areas of the agency where the decisions that are made on behalf of our clients are done so with the support of collected data.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to any client?
For those clients hiring us for project-type work, the expectation should be that we execute those projects efficiently and on a timely basis. But for clients with whom we have a more strategic partnership, I would advise them to work with BVK as if we were an extension of their own staff, and to expect BVK to share an in-depth knowledge of their industry. In short, expect BVK to be a strategic partner, and not simply a marketing agency that executes campaigns.
