Hawaii Health Connector Social Effort a Smash
In the fall of 2014, the Hawaii Health Connector social channels had small, unengaged communities. The challenge for BVK was to reach more people and get them engaged with their health insurance options. To do this, BVK created 11 original short videos on a range of topics including individual testimonials, savings available, and how to renew insurance plans. In just five months, the social media for Hawaii Health Connector has exploded, with 14,000 clicks to the website and 125,000 video views. In addition, there was a 980% increase in Facebook Fans and engagement increased by 20,550%. Twitter followers increased by 876%, and Tweets gained 1.78 million impressions and a 2,500% increase in engagement.
