Healthcare

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an unprecedented disruption to the healthcare industry. Now that providers are able to resume delivery of care, how do you effectively reengage patients, especially those who are hesitant to return?  To find the answer to this question and more, BVK has been actively conducting research into consumer attitudes and intentions throughout the current crisis. At first glance, the results seem to depict a good news/bad news situation. But we see this as an opportunity to turn bad news into a stronger bottom line. And, more important, to help people get the care they’ve been putting off.
