BVK is proud to be an allied member of the U.S. Travel Association, an invaluable non-profit organization who advocates for all components of the travel industry. In partnership with agency destination clients, we recently attended U.S. Travel’s 35t h Annual ESTO Conference in Phoenix, AZ with 900 of our industry colleagues. It’s a great opportunity to experience first-hand what an impact the travel industry has on the US economy – generating $2.4 trillion in economic output.

During the conference BVK clients were among the twenty-six U.S. Travel member organizations who were honored for excellence and creative accomplishments in destination marketing and inspiring the continued development of imaginative promotional programs.

The Maine Office Of Tourism received a Mercury Award for Broadcast Advertising Television for the “This is me.” brand campaign. Judges commented, “Maine did a great job conveying emotional connections and the destination. Viewers are drawn in by the images and particularly the videos. The children in the videos are heartwarming, and the locals are authentic.”

The Wyoming Office of Tourism received a Mercury Award for Travel Website for their site TravelWyoming.com developed by Miles Partnership in collaboration with BVK. Judges commented, “The design shows gorgeous imagery and content, and the “sticky footer” concept works well, especially in a mobile application. It was smart to break out national parks and monuments and weave those attractions throughout the navigation tools.”

And Reno Tahoe was one of three finalists for Branding and Integrated Marketing campaign.

Congratulations to our client partners. We love working with you to advocate for an industry that makes a positive impact on the lives of travelers.
