BVK is proud to announce it has been selected as the new Agency of Record for Visit Reno Tahoe.

The Reno Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority (RSCVA), which represents and promotes tourism in Washoe County, Nev., selected BVK as the lead strategic and creative agency in a unanimous vote. The tourism authority is more commonly known as Visit Reno Tahoe.

“BVK has a long and trusted history of being the premium choice for destination marketing partnerships,” said Jennifer Cunningham, executive director of RSCVA. “Their team’s expertise, knowledge and proven track record of success made our choice relatively simple. We have no doubts that BVK will take Visit Reno Tahoe to a new, more exciting level.”

Much of the work BVK will execute focuses on creating a new brand platform to help unify the tourism authority’s overall brand message, as well as build awareness and increase visitation to the Washoe County area for both leisure and business-to-business travel. Leisure travel campaigns will be partially focused on Millennials and Generation X consumers.

“Working with the RSCVA further establishes that BVK is one of the most prestigious agencies in the travel and tourism space,” said Bret Stasiak, managing partner at BVK. “We’re excited about the new partnership because it expands our client roster in the West and gives us a tremendous amount of opportunity to make a difference in one of the country’s most well-known vacation spots.”
