The Challenge

Columbus is nationally known for its Ohio State University football team but outside of Buckeyes fans, this “hidden gem” of a city was not on most American’s radar as a travel destination. This was surprising considering that half the U.S. population lives within a day’s drive. Experience Columbus sought to share the city’s thriving cultural and foodie scene with a wider audience.

  • The Solution

    BVK created the first in-market, group influencer program for Experience Columbus. BVK engaged five diverse influencers to showcase the progressiveness of the city. Dynamic and customized itineraries were packed with dining experiences, outdoor excursions, museums and more. With all five guests experiencing Columbus for the first time, their enthusiasm led to authentic and engaging content for their combined 350,000+ followers.
