In an effort to improve family well-being, the mission of Foresters’ Insurance, BVK created a national movement called Tech Timeout. The goal of the primarily social effort, is to encourage families in taking a daily break from technology by reminding them of the problems associated with technology addiction. In the first 18 months of the effort, Tech Timeout videos have been viewed more than 1 million times, 25,000 families have taken the TTO pledge, and posts on the Facebook page have reached more than 3 million people. With national reach of earned media coverage topping out at over 800 million impressions.
