What role do you play as part of BVK Leadership?

I work on new ways of expanding the capabilities of the agency’s overall strategic process.

What do you think makes BVK unique as an agency/why do you choose to work at BVK?

Since we’re independently owned, we have no holding company or shareholders to report to. Instead, we answer to our clients and ourselves. This gives us a greater ability to keep our focus on what’s in the best interest of our clients rather than some other third party. We also have an entrepreneurial culture blended with large agency capabilities, which means we can feed our ambitious work ethic with every tool and resource necessary to develop category changing ideas. This gives BVK unlimited potential as an agency and that’s everything I could ask for.

What unique perspective or talent or interest or experience do you bring to the agency and how does it add value to your leadership and client work?

I’ve worked half my career as a brand strategist and the other half in account management. I’ve even done a little connection planning. I think the value I bring is using this cross-functional experience to bring senior leadership teams strategies that impact more than just marketing.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to any client?

The more you trust us, the more effective we can be. If things are hidden from us, or if we don’t have a seat at the table, then we’re trying to solve your most difficult challenges with only half of the story.
