What role do you play as part of BVK Leadership?

I lead our insights and brand strategy practice. My team uncovers audience needs, brand truths, and cultural tensions. I love turning data into an insight and honing a brand positioning that leverages core human values. It’s both deeply human and strategic. Our work becomes the soul of the brand.


What do you think makes BVK unique as an agency/why do you choose to work at BVK?

The rare blend of art, science and humanity. I was attracted to BVK because of the way people think here, it’s incredibly smart and creative.  This blend consistently creates breakthrough thinking and allows us to drive change for our clients.


What unique perspective or talent or interest or experience do you bring to the agency and how does it add value to your leadership and client work?

I’m innately curious and love the human mind. My passion is getting to the succinct, pivotal insight that can unlock opportunity for a brand. I love nothing more than telling that story to a client and seeing the “lightbulb” go on for what it can mean for their business.


What’s one piece of advice you’d give to any client?

Make sure you’re truly understanding your audience. Empathy for the consumer’s values and tensions can dramatically change how a brand comes to life.
