Linda advises health companies leveraging marketing and customer experience to optimize business performance. Linda helps BVK clients and business deliver on strategic business performance impact to empower client marketing and care delivery teams to achieve exponential value and market leadership. Her marketing passion is evident in her Boston-based master’s marketing class for physicians, whose marketing projects open new doors for programs, funding, and befriending marketing teams. Linda’s passionate geekiness for health-enabled Moneyball – to find, reach and engage customers at the intersection of health, digital and experience – helps companies realize the exponential value they seek. Her prior experience includes working in and with health system marketing teams to lead growth, building IT products as VP Product Management at Thomson Reuters, and partnering to build growth, margin and customer experience for payers, equity firm, pharmacy, retailers and providers as Associate Director at Accenture. She also has the honor of teaching marketing to physicians at Harvard’s Masters in Health Care Management Program, sits on the Editorial Board of Strategic Health Care Marketing, and is an awards judge for E-Health Awards.
